LandVest seeks one or more qualified and motivated foresters to join our Northern Timberland Transaction Group (NTTG) currently serving investors throughout Maritime Canada, the Northeast, the Mid-Atlantic and the Lake States. The NTTG is comprised of transaction specialists, solid administrative support, IT/Web experts, GIS cartographers, Graphic Artists and a Media Placement Specialist all supplemented by the full resources of LandVest’s forest operations staff and MAI appraisers. The ideal early career candidate will have a solid forestry education coupled with experience in forest inventory and/or harvest operations. Later career applicants will have the same, plus a network of contacts among timberland owners, financial advisors and/or other centers of influence within the small world of timberland investment. Full benefit package and generous performance based compensation. NTTG is based in Portland, Maine, but we are specifically looking to add strength to our Lake States operations.
